Yup, we went on a ride on Saturday, just like we said we would.  We met at Sheetz at 10:00 AM Sharp.  OK, give or take 5 minutes. Then we rode down to Danville and visited some local bike shops including Rocket Roger's Victory dealership and the Honda dealership.  Then we had some lunch at Mary's Diner and scooted over to South Boston to meet some members from Farmville.  We ended up riding back up 501 then taking 24 back to Sheetz to finish the day.  (That's what I think we did, I had my daughters basketball game and some home construction to work on.)

Hey Guys!
We didn't see you leave so I didn't get to say so long. Now Debbie owes me a hug, and I'm keep'n count! Gail didn't win the poker run she was beaten out by a full house. The winner donated it back to Jackie which brought the total amount of money raised to $4,700.00! I hope you all enjoyed yourselves, and Captain Seas was good to ya. So you know, the place you were at makes some of the best home cooked meals to be found. I'm speaking of Westons Rest. which is connected to the lounge where everything was goin on. We hung around until it was over around 5. The rain stopped and the sun popped out for the ride home. Well there ya go! See you on the next one! Greg

The first Annual 2004 Ride for the Angel Tree was this Christmas Eve Day.  Members gathered to address a family that was in need of a happy Christmas.  Some of our more dedicated (And Crazy) members got on their motorcycles in what was near Freezing weather (Actually, it was above 40) and delivered some Christmas presents to a needy family in Madison Heights.  They used donations from the group and the 50/50 funds to allow this family to celebrate what was definitely a time for them to remember.
